About the role
You'll own a pod of debt management agents — their targets, their coaching, and crucially, their conduct. At KVJ Agile Care, a team lead is judged as much on QA scores and zero-escalation streaks as on recovery numbers.
What you'll do
- Run daily huddles, call reviews and live coaching for 12–18 agents
- Own pod-level SLA adherence and recovery targets
- Enforce calling policy, disclosure scripts and RBI Fair Practices norms
- Partner with QA to close conduct gaps before they become escalations
- Report cleanly to clients on performance and audit trails
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in collections, with at least 1 leading a team
- Fluency in English plus two regional languages
- A genuine belief that empathy and recovery are not in conflict
- Comfort with dashboards, QA rubrics and structured reporting
