About the role
This is the role that makes our promise real. You'll sample and score recorded calls against a conduct rubric, flag risk, and feed findings back into agent coaching — building the audit trail our clients' risk committees rely on.
What you'll do
- Score sampled calls daily against a defined conduct rubric
- Flag breaches of calling policy, disclosure or RBI norms
- Maintain clean, client-ready audit documentation
- Spot patterns and recommend script or process fixes
- Support client and regulatory audits with evidence, fast
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in QA, audit, or compliance — collections or BFSI preferred
- Sharp ear for tone, escalation risk and disclosure gaps
- Meticulous documentation habits
- Familiarity with the RBI Fair Practices Code is a strong plus
